I will contribute staging skills to make sure that the house shows to its best advantage. Open houses will be scheduled to increase your home’s visibility on the market.
The marketing plan I recommend will include marketing to my customer base, neighbors and my fellow agents. Your home will be promoted over the Internet and locally using high-quality marketing materials and signage. I will keep you informed every step of the way.

I continually take real estate classes to augment my Masters of Science in Business Administration degree, and to stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the real estate industry. I have also trained with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing specializing in listing and selling homes of this magnitude.
